We check the exterior of the building, including the parking lot, sidewalks, and roof, and the interior, including vacant and occupied spaces if accessible. Inspect all faucets, soap dispensers, toilets, urinals, lights, ceiling tiles, walls, floors, outlets, switches, for outages, leaks, trash, and any unusual odors. Also inspect the FACP room, mechanical rooms, and electrical closets.
